Using random multipliers, Lightning Blackjack ups the stakes on the traditional card game we all know and love.
The Lightning series has been expanded with this new game from Evolution. In this series, familiar table games have had some wild new twists added. Lightning Roulette, Lightning Dice, and Lightning Baccarat have already been introduced, with Lightning Blackjack to follow. Let’s go right into this review, where we’ll be discussing Lightning Blackjack in detail.
Lightning Blackjack: How to Play!
All of you presumably already know how Blackjack works. We assumed you were familiar with blackjack, but just in case we decided to do a little primer before diving into the Lightning Blackjack variation. You compete against the dealer rather than other players in blackjack. The object of blackjack is to come as near to 21 as possible without going over. Except for the 10, J, Q, and K, each card has its own unique numerical value. The ace can be used as either a 1 or an 11 depending on the player’s preference.
Lightning Blackjack is similar to Lightning Roulette in that it takes the standard blackjack game and adds a multiplier bonus round. These x-factors are decided upon at random just before each game begins. You may get the game going by making a wager. Once the wagers are settled, the dealer might use the lightning to hit certain hands.
The wall behind the dealer can be used to keep track of which hands have been dealt a lightning multiplier. All multipliers have been turned on for each round. Once the flash has activated all of the multipliers, play resumes normally. You win if your total is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, who must stop playing at 17. If the two outcomes have the same value, the wager is nullified and the money is returned. If you win a multiplier, it will remain in effect for your next hand.
Blackjack in a Flash: Strategies & Rules
All players will be granted insurance if the dealer’s first card is an Ace. If a player thinks the dealer has a Blackjack because of the concealed card, he or she might double their stake. All bets are lost and a new round begins unless the dealer has Blackjack and pays out 2:1 to those who purchased insurance.
If an ace does not show up, play continues as usual. After you’ve received your first two cards, you can choose from the following:
Hit means to make a direct contact with the target and draw another card. All hands without the potential to burst should do this. All items with an age range of 0 – 11 are included.
Stop playing cards; stand up. If you feel like you’re about to explode, do this. It can even pay off to “stay on hands” if you have reason to believe the dealer will collapse. Say you have 12 and the dealer has 6. It’s always a good idea to stay here.
When you double your wager and receive a new card, you win the pot. Carefully consider your options, since you will only receive one more card and will not have the option to continue playing. When your hand value is 11, you are in a strong position to hit Double.
When you choose the Split option, you may divide your hand into two and double your stake. The two hands will be dealt with independently. If you have two high cards like an Ace and an eight, this is a solid option.
If you’re proficient at Blackjack, you can use any number of techniques, and the Lightning features give you even more options. Before diving into more sophisticated methods, it’s a good idea to check out a simple Blackjack Cheat Sheet to learn the ropes quickly.
The examples we gave above are only meant to illustrate general principles and not be followed in every situation. The game of blackjack is simple to pick up but challenging to master. However, after you’ve done so, you’ll be able to take advantage of the casino’s greatest return to player percentages. The first return to player (RTP) in Lightning Blackjack is an astounding 99.56 percent.
Features of the Blackjack Lightning
We’ve already touched on the fact that this game’s fantastic extra features increase volatility. First, unlike at standard Blackjack tables, where there may be no more than seven players, there is an unlimited supply of seats here. This occurs because everyone uses the same hand. You get to make your own decisions, but everyone in the hand will be dealt with according to the choices they made. However, this ultimately shortens the length of time spent waiting for other players’ decisions, making the game more enjoyable.
Each round, you’ll need to pay a “Lightning Fee” equal to double your initial wager if you want to use the massive Lightning Multipliers. This can be considered a side wager. After that, the light will start hitting whoever has their hand up. Lightning can only hit the following hands:
From ages 4 to 17
Eighteen
Nineteen
Twenty
Twenty-one
Blackjack
Your hand must both beat the dealer’s and land on one of the randomly picked values with a multiplier on it for you to win the multiplier. Once it happens, you’ll be awarded the bonus. It will be implemented in the subsequent phase. When you play a split-and-double hand, you only risk twice as much. Multipliers of x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, x8, x12, and x25 are all in play.
